Hi! I'm 5'6"ish probably closer to 5'7" but I'm going with 5'6" lol. I started at 260 lbs and wearing an 18. Now I'm about 207 and can fit back into my 11/12's I still have a ways to go but I can't wait to see where I end up (pant size) the 11/12's are the smallest I've ever been in.

My pulse ranges from mid 40's-low 50's, but I've never had those issues and I was told it was because I do alot of cardio and is a good thing (by a doctor). You probably need to get that checked out if you think you're dying????

I love this thread! I myself am still considered fat, but I can definitely say I'm seeing things only thin people have the pleasure of seeing. I have collar bones! And I tend to just touch them all the time cause I'm still not used to them lol. I can't sit on hard surfaces for long periods of time cause I have less…

My snacks range anywhere from 45-190 cals. Just fit it into your calorie goal for the day and you'll be fine. Hell you could have a snack for 300 cals if you wanted as long as it fits. Hope this helped!

I'm on my 3rd week and all I can tell you is to go out and do it. If you feel like you're dying don't give up just slow down. You'll get better everytime you go for a run. It's all about repetition and pushing through the pain. When I first started it was not being able to breathe that held me back, now I don't even…

I'm in the same boat! HCG shots are the new fad this month, last few it was Herbalife for every meal. I'm over here like "I love food and it's more important to me than losing 10 lbs a week". Lol. We just have to take the compliments we get as fuel for our success and not worry about the others, because we all know they…

CW:210 lbs Height:5'6" Bust:41.5 Waist:39.5 Hips:42.5 I read somewhere I was banana shaped (pretty much straight up and down)...I feel like that's not a very appealing fruit in the terms of body shape LOL!

I lost about 25 lbs the first 12 weeks, I was 260 lbs when I first started back in October. It's slowed down a bit since I'm now at 210, but that being said it's taken me 6 months to lose 50 lbs (I maintained my weight during Christmas and most of January to see if I could do it. That's where I started gaining again last…

Well first off it looks like you're not eating back your excercise calories, which is probably why you're hungry. You've burnt all that fuel and you're not replenishing it. You don't have to stick to a 1200 cal diet as long as you're working out and creating a deficit of some sort you will still lose weight and be a happy…

Not quite an after. I'm halfway there, but definitely seeing major progress!

I started by having a healthy relationship with food. It takes a lot of time and patience, but you can do it. I used to eat when I was bored, upset, happy, pretty much any emotion I felt I was eating. I LOVE FOOD lol. But when you start tracking and holding yourself accountable it helps A LOT. Learn how to tell when you're…

I'm 5'6" 216 lbs and a 6" turkey with all the veggies except cucumbers and green peppers, vinegar, and sweet onion sauce is my go-to sandwich. It fills me up just fine. I'll sometimes get whatever soup they have too if I'm super hungry.

I tore my acl and miniscus about 5 years ago due to my knee cap popping out of place. Now even after having surgery to fix the problem it still feels like it's going to happen again. On those days I wear my knee brace while working out and it keeps everything locked into place like it should be. I know that feeling though…

Invest in a tape measurer and track your inches instead of your weight. The scale will throw your weight up and down all the time, but if you're seeing that you're shrinking instead of just losing lbs. it might help your self esteem. It sure helps me when the scale doesn't move much!

DRINK MORE WATER AND EAT MORE BANANAS! I have huge calves that are nothing but muscle and when I don't get enough water especially, is when I get "Charley Horses" or leg cramps.
