i think it depends on what works best for you. also it depends on what your idea of "cheating" is. some people see it as a dessert, or maybe a meal they normally wouldn't choose, like a hamburger and fries or something. in my opinion, things like that might keep you sane! i find it really hard to just have a cheat meal…

im in the same boat. i'm 5"7 and am 126lbs but am skinny fat. im not looking to lose- i just want to tone up! im small but its all jiggly! i on my second day of the shred and have been doing pilates which i find to be waaaay more challenging! i always like new friends so please feel free to add me :)

hey its already the end of tuesday for me! im in china so im like a day ahead than everyone else... and i only joined a few hours ago so barely any exercise for me today :( oh well! tomorrow tomorrow!!!

omg. yes!!!! i bloat like crazy just before my period to the point where sometimes i actually get worried that im knocked up! lol and i always gain about 5lbs. i chill in flowy hippie dresses for a week.

they will alter it up until pretty much the wedding day. i was a bridesmaid last year and they wayyyy overestimated me. they ordered an 8 and in the last week they had to make it to a 0 i just kept going back and had them bring it in.

i used to be a raw vegan and with all the healthy raw veg and fruit i was eating i often found it hard to keep up my cals! avocados helped me with that. i ate them every day and dropped weight no problem! omg. now i want one. too bad they are ridiculously hard to find where i am currently living in china!
