  • Luna protein bar...nutz over chocolate. I love chocolate and I now eat this to replace all the other chocolate that I used to eat.
  • I'm in the same boat as you and I list it on here as aerobic high impact because the calories burned on that seemed more accurate then it did when I was putting Dancing, aerobic, twist. I plan on getting a heart monitor hopefully soon so I know just exactly how many calories I burn.

  • Drink lots of water, count calories because if you know how much you are eating you can go up or down if you have to, and try some Zumba. It's a lot of fun. I've been doing MFP for 9 days now and I lost 10 pounds already, doing exactly what I just told you. Good luck!
  • If you are going to be addicted to peanut butter than natural/organic is the way to go. But, just cut down on it a little, gradually. I wouldn't recommend quitting cold turkey because this type of PB is not really bad for you. There are by far worse things to eat. I'm not sure exactly how you are having your PB but you…
  • I get the Grilled barbeque snack wraps. They are not bad in calories and much better than crispy chicken. When I went there last weekend I asked for their nutrition information. It's on the back of the place mats they put on the trays. We brought one home. That tells you everything you need to know.
  • Zumba is a lot of fun and there are quite a few DVD's to chose from: Cardio, 20 minute express, toning and sculpting, abs, and Live Fitness. If you haven't heard of Zumba it's Columbian, Brazilian dancing (ie...Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Samba, etc...) You will definitely get your heart rate up and burn calories. Try it at…
  • Hello, my name is Tedra. Welcome!
  • I do Zumba 5 days a week at home with the DVD I ordered from their website. I really love it and I hope to one day go to an actual class at a gym somewhere. I would recommend this program.
  • I've always gone by the rule that if anything has the word "die" in it, you shouldn't drink it. My husband's whole family drinks diet drinks and that is always what they have when we go over there. I had to start bringing my own drinks. Good luck!
  • Welcome! This is only my 3rd day using MFP. I moved to New Hampshire a few years ago from Jacksonville, FL. My sister lives in Mandarin. We are moving back to Florida within a year...hopefully. I'll add you as my friend.
  • Yesterday was my first time on this website and when I clicked on "complete this entry" after I was all done yesterday it said the same thing to me as it did to you. The weird part is I was way under my daily calorie goal. I was like 800 calories under. If I'm so far under the calorie count I don't know how I could lose…

  • I've always heard you can't go wrong with fruits. I guess this is something for me to think about. Thanks
  • Hi there, my name is Tedra. This is my second day on here and so far I'm liking it. I sent you a friend request.

  • I feel the same way you do. I have mine set as sedentary as well. There are days when I'm constantly running around after my 2 year old but then there are days when I don't feel like I'm doing much moving around at all.
  • Zumba is a lot of fun but I haven't gone to a class yet. I decided to buy the program DVD first so I could learn the moves. I do pretty much the same workout everyday (50-60 minutes). You start out with the basic DVD which is learning the basic fundamentals of the moves. This is 60 minutes. Then you can do the 20 minute…
  • Welcome Shelby, it's my first day too so I know how you feel. Tedra
  • I just signed up today on MFP and wondered the same thing. It's a little weird that as popular Zumba is, that they don't have a category. I listed my workout as dancing, aerobic, twist..etc for 50 minutes and it said I burnt 422 calories. I don't have any idea if that's correct. I wanted to enter in Zumba as an exercise…
