Lentils are great! I'm surprised you're feeling so hungry right now. :frown: 6 miles a day seems like it should qualify as more than "lightly active". Maybe you need to increase your calorie intake.

I used to eat whole family sized bags of chips that my boyfriend bought for himself from Sam's Club. I'd hide the empty bags in the bathroom trash can so he wouldn't find them! I was like a bottomless pit!

Losing 2 lb in a week is A LOT! There is no reason to be disappointed with that. I think it is unrealistic to lose more than that in a week. I aim to lose 1/2 - 1 lb per week. Thanks again, everyone! I guess it might be more realistic for me to aim to lose less per week and be able to eat more. I'm not currently overweight (I weigh 130 lb), I am just trying to get back to the weight I was a couple years ago. Thanks for all the support! :flowerforyou:

Thanks for all the feedback! MFP is saying that exercising 3 times a week, the max I can lose is 1.1 lb per week while eating 1,200 calories. For now, I might eat in the 1,300-1,400 range and reevaluate once I hit my goal! :bigsmile:

I'm not sure of exercises to help with that, but you might want to bring it up with your doctor. That is a classic sign of Cushings syndrome/disease. You should get your cortisol levels checked just to be safe :)

On Sundays I try and cook one dish that I can eat for lunch for 4-5 days. This week it was whole wheat pasta, sauce (look for one with low sugar), and steamed veggies (summer squash, zucchini, broccoli).
