Net as close to 1200 if you can, I try to go over a little. Eat your exercise calories 'back' -- MFP has already factored in your calorie deficit. The exercise is to make you strong and body healthy!

You just need to find good foods that are higher in calories. For example peanut butter and eggs. MMM. Not together...but you get the picture :laugh:
