mmmm nope. you're gaining because you're eating more somewhere. unless there's an underlying medical issue, i would seriously metaciously list everything you are putting into your body. don't log coffee? log it. don't log tea? log it. don't log condiments? log it.

where did I judge? I said it was interesting and I'd never heard of it before that. that was before you said me and the other person were "protesting weighing" and proceeded to link to a common sense thread, which is 1. not what we were doing 2. PRETTY JUDGEY we all have different ways of doing things so who cares.

short answer, YUP. if im using my polar or other gadget then i will eat them all. otherwise i will eat 70% of what MFP says i have burned. hope that makes sense.

I didn't say I don't weigh anything, I said I don't see the point in weighing individual fruit when average sizes will give you more or less the same amount of calories. My health goals aren't a game but thanks for the support, you're a peach :flowerforyou:

if you're meant to weigh bananas then why does MFP provide generic calories for small, medium and large and so on? the calorie difference will be negligible between your super duper accurate weight and the average weight for a small banana. no one got fat off incorrectly logging bananas :laugh: and it's not done my weight…

Yeah I'm not doing that lol weigh enough as it is, plus I only tend to eat separate fruits like nanas, apples, oranges etc. on the go with no access to scales. Interesting to see what other people do though!

A small glass is about 120cal, large 180cal. As long as you're accounting for it within your calorie deficit, I don't see why it would effect weight loss. :drinker:

I'm the same height too with roughly the same goal. In fact, MFP says everytime I finish logging that I will be 1lb off my goal in 5 weeks. BS I say! 113lbs is at the low end, but if she's petite like me it works.
