Eat back your workout Calories?

I'm new so I don't really understand this whole thing. After my daily calories, and after I workout, do I need to eat back those calories? I'm trying to lose weight and burn fat soooo..
Help please! lol.

I eat back about 50-75% of my exercise cals. I only eat back part because MFP estimates high on cals burned. I have been both losing weight and fat.
The way MFP is set up, the daily goal cals is without exercise. So you will lose your target without any exercise.
Eating back (some) exercise cals makes sure you don't drop below a healthy level with your daily cals.0 -

short answer, YUP.
if im using my polar or other gadget then i will eat them all. otherwise i will eat 70% of what MFP says i have burned. hope that makes sense.0 -
MFP does not calculate exercise into your daily caloric goal (NEAT ... Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis). It is based on the concept of calculating, and eating back, exercise calories separately from your routine activities to maintain your net intake.0
