lol that is what my grandma (RIP) use to say about tattoos and piercings too........one time I visited and had a hoop nose ring and she kept trying to take it out. Hopefully she wouldn't hate me for it but my 1st tattoo was in memory of her.

That worries me about them not spelling correctly. Before i got my first tattooed I emailed a few shops and 1 guy wrote back and had soooo many misspelled words I didn't even bother. Obviously I would've told him how to spell what I wanted but I didn't want to chance it

I recently bought the zumba dvds to do at home........i get through about half of the 20 minute dvd and am dead. Currently I put it on my shelf while doing other exercise to lose a few before going back trying it again. I'm not giving up though because I like to dance and what I managed to get through was a lot of fun.

I have it kind of easy I guess because I live with my mother who is diabetic so we rarely had sugar in the house. Personally i use real sugar when baking........but its rare I eat anything I bake. What do you consider low carbs? My breakfast is about 16 carbs which is fine for me but might be considered high to some. It's 1/2 cup of plain eggbeaters, a piece of white american cheese (when this pack runs out I am getting low fat cheese) and a tablespoon of salsa. 1 piece of whole wheat toast and that's it.

I suffer from anxiety attacks and if I can before it gets to a full blown attack I just take some alone time. I put my ipod in and sit and breathe. I try to clear my mind.
