Thanks for all your help. I dont tend to eat my workout callories , as i said i usually just walk, so even if they are slightly high it will not affect me all that much.I just like keeping a record, so i can look back and see what i have done, how i have improved etc Again thanks for your help.

I walk between 1.8 - 3.6 miles a day(monday - friday).
