  • Nikegyrl79 - I am a fan of TurboFire and Zumba because they are just so darn fun to workout to no matter how I am feeling. The music is upbeat, Chalene is like a long-lost girlfriend, and I feel SO much better after I finish. I also just try to switch it up so I don't get bored, so have started jogging as well.
  • Tracking has been SO critical for me as well. It motivates me to stay with it and with the additional accountability, it makes it so much better!
