Well done! You look fab. Gives me some hope - we have very similar starting weights and the same goal. It is my second time too. But I only re started at the start of this month - so a ways to go!! - You are so right about being honest though - that is my big difference this time- weighing everything, logging EVERYTHING.

Thank you Plates559. I can manage the press ups (well, girly ones) and the squats at least.

I love that you used the same expression! This is what has helped you i guess, attention to detail! Well done - you're looking great

2 WEEK CHALLENGE : DAY ONE Height: 5'7 Weight I started MFP @226lbs and now I'm 208lbs and slowing down! I need a kick up the backside!

Just keep on keeping on - my body does this too! Just ping pongs back and forth through a couple of pounds for weeks and weeks on end. I suggest just keeping an eye on the scale and giving yourself a bit of a break -from pressure that is not logging.

You're one of those people that look good at both sizes but gosh!! - super, super pretty now - Well done!

Well done! I am also on about 8 cans of diet coke a day - I would honestly give up my phone, computer and possibly even my car before I'd ditch the drink - maybe in another 6 months I'll change my mind. Let us know how you get on with ditching the e drinks

Hi, Congratulations on your success so far - You've lost and you've maintained that is no small victory. I've had a quick look and I'm going to repeat a lot of what has already been said. You seem to like the same foods I like, olives, cured meat, mayo, protein drinks, cheese, chocolate to name a few. Delicious but all…
