I started at 137 and ended my pregnancy at 195, so about 60lbs. I am 4.5 months postpartum now and weigh 158. The weight came off quickly at first and now I'm having to work at it. It's different for everyone.

Unless you are allergic to gluten, bread is healthy in moderation. It can be high in calories, but it's not bad for you unless you're allergic.

You can do it! Don't let your size define you. If you think you'll feel better about yourself at a smaller size, then treat food as fuel for your body and nothing else. It's hard at first, but it really does get easier and it becomes a way of life, not a diet. The key is not to tie your self-esteem into your weight. I know…
