Thanks folks. Being new to dieting I thought plateau was when you didn't lose. Doh! Now I know.... Lots of the people I know highly recommend herbalife hence my trying it. So what sort of level of exercise and calorie intake should I be aiming for? I have read so much and it's just confused me to be honest.
