  • I used to be a cardio bunny, no lies. After I had my baby I started weight training and it has changed my body in so many great ways. Don't get me wrong, cardio has its place in the form of HIIT (high intensity intervals) or LISS (low intensity steady state) but incorporating lifting has made the gym not only fun but more…
  • If you're not going properly you might want to look into another way to incorporate more fiber into your diet, as well as LOTS of water. The detox solutions are meant to clean your system out with laxatives and the like, but with the gunk you will also lose the bacteria needed to be able to go to the bathroom. Laxatives…
  • I have a six week old! :)
  • I do the same! First thing in the morning, naked after I go pee :p
  • Please- add me! I'm 25 & just re-created a new account so after years of having a huge friends list I'm starting fresh :-)
  • It's not a gimmick or made up condition. When eating anything other than what you consider "safe" or "healthy" foods gives you severe anxiety and you actually fear what those foods will do to you, or eating them sends you straight into a panic filled with immense guilt and a need to rid them of your body, then yes you are…
  • Some of my current favorites: 1-2 egg, 1 slice ultra thin cheese, 2 pieces of turkey bacon, 1-2 slice of udi's gf bread (of course regular bread is always substitutable!) 1 egg, 1 scoop protein powder, 1/4 cup oats, = protein pancake topped with either pb2 or butter/light syrup
  • I am looking for new friends as well! I'm 25 and have 40 baby pounds to lose!
  • Just keep pushing! You could be retaining water or any number of reasons! I fluctuate 2-3 pounds every morning. Double check your numbers (calories in, calories out, bmr, etc) and keep up with your exercise. Switching up your routine could help too :)
  • keeping track of calories helps. whether you do it here or in a food journal, or however you choose to do it, it's beneficial. MFP guarantees you keep yourself accountable if you keep your diary open and add friends :)

  • You've gotten some good answers! If I don't eat back exercise calories I am either really hungry the next day and sluggish, or just lack the energy to put anything substantial into my next workout. Everyone is different, so you may not need them, but at a 1200 goal if you burn 200 then your body's only sustaining on 1,000…
  • You can do stir fry with less rice and more veggies! Or splurge on the low carb pasta for a treat. They make low carb bread, or do half a sandwich instead of a whole and add a side of veggies. I do salads mostly, sorry I'm not much help!
  • My profile has pictures of me pre-baby (I'm due in a week) when I was at 115 pounds. I'm 5'4 and will be working to get back to that so if anyone wants to add me feel free! *I'm not very muscular at this weight, just fyi.

  • I keep mine open :) I'm gluten free & though I'm not working out now (8 days away from my due date, then whatever healing time I need) I try to eat really clean!
  • hahaha I HATE the itchies!!! My workout partner spiked my C4 with a beta alanine & I've never sweat so much during a routine I'd done 100 times. Anyways, I've used C4 and liked it better than others.
