dont eat fried and oily food. Eat lots of veges and less saucy stuff. But I would allow some room for a bite of dessert or a bite of this. I bought this from an asian market. Im surprised as well, I even peeled off the sticker to see the actual nutrition facts from the package, same information. Yea, I definitely feel unease after eating that! Wheat flour suppose to have high cal but I'm just wondering :P

Water is good for you unless you binge it and lead to water poisoning. Too much of anything is poisonous.

You should be happy that you're making progress. Some people would die to be in your position. Be patient! And losing weight fast is not ideal for your health either! Just keep doing what you're doing :)

Thats true. I'm 21 btw. My family are always the one cooking for me since ever. They're still trying to adjust to what I'm trying to do for myself. It's understandable what youre trying to say. :)

Thank you guys! Yea, I really need to rethink somethings. I guess I should be more considerate because they are putting food on the table for me to eat. Ill keep doing what I'm doing for my new life style that is! :)
