LOL! No unfortunately it's 30 days continuous! It's normal to experience muscle soreness the first few days but I think it's alright to exercise your sore muscles as long as they don't affect your range of motion. Hi! I'm on day 6 of the 30 day shred. I am also doing 20 mins of cardio after it. I feel so sore in my calves now and I am worried that I won't be able to finish the exercise today, but hopefully I'll be able to push through it. Good luck to us all!
