MMMM COFFEE!!!!! I take mine black with sweet n low. On occasion I may mix in a tablespoonful of international delight French vanilla 35 calories but most days I just take it black.

I do spin class twice a week for an hour and I have a love/hate relationship with it lol but I must like it cause I keep going. Hi there. I figured out my TDEE with the exercise calories added. On the IIFYM calculator I had it set to 5x a week and with the Scooby calculator I chose 3-5hrs a week of moderate exercise

Thanks Minnie. So if I set my goal to 1700 I wouldn't be eating back my exercise calories correct? God I hate math and numbers lol.
