Exactly 2 pounds. Every month. Now it seems to come around 2 weeks before it even hits. I feel like I'm having to lose those same 2 pesky pounds every month.

The urge to fart seems to fade until I get home. However, I am known to burp! : )

Asian food is typically high in sodium. Whether it be in the form of salt, seasoned salts, soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and miso; they tend to make me bloat and retain a lot of water. I'm Korean and I only eat Asian food when I have to.

GRAPES! I don't know what it is but grapes and celery are the only things that keep me regular.

Lucky you. I used to be a 36C and now I believe I am a 34B. I guess they were full of fat! : (

I'm getting married on October 20, 2012! : ) My short-term goal is to weigh 125 by April. I want to gradually and healthily lose weight so I won't gain it all back during the honeymoon! Good luck ladies!
