The ones I get are made by Lungkow and i've seen them in asian markets and even in safeways and other chain grocers. They have a neon pink netting around the package. I'm the same way. I get these vermicelli noodles that are made from mung bean and they're super low in cals... you could eat 8 bundles of them for 220 cals if you really wanted to... but really 3 will do the trick! I treat them like chow mein and stirfry them with veggies and shrimp.

Having trouble getting started... life got a little in the way and I spaced on logging. Thinking the fall will be good for me though! Will have hockey and/or skating 3-4 times a week. Need to come up with some sort of stretching and weight plan to do at home to balance it out.

Love it! Was using the FT4 for the past few years, but the strap just got eaten by a dog. My new FT7 arrived yesterday and i'll be trying it out for the first time at hockey tonight!

I use these mung bean noodles, which are a super low calorie vermicelli in my stir-frys. An entire pack of 8 bundles is only 220 cals and I can easily get 3-4 portions out of it. Hardly miss chow mein noodles now!

Tried this for the first time this week and my butt / hamstrings have been crazy sore for almost 2 days! Def going to keep it in rotation because I'm guilty of not doing enough squats/lunges and this made it slightly more fun.
