No loss, but no gain... so I'll take it! Was able to go for my first skate last night after being injured for 2+ months so I'm hoping I'll be able to start working off more of these calories for the next weigh in.

Was a bit of a weekend warrior... way too much beer. Back on track this week, and good news my physio gave me the ok to try skating again. If all goes well I might be back at hockey which will help soooo much.

Hit my goals of isagenix and extra long dog walks yesterday. Today my mini goal will be to not have any beer tonight, and to do my physio exercises.

My top 3 would be ice hockey, running, and hot yoga. I've been sidelined this summer with a bad knee injury so I'm trying to find alternatives to my favourite things!

I've found a lot of good food and workout blogs through it as well. Handy since you can search on it, or just add stuff you find elsewhere to it.

Ditto, it's my favorite beer season! I do a dry January every year... although perhaps I should cut down on the mid-week pumpkin ales this year ;)

I get an odd craving for them once in awhile, but I made the switch to the non-fried ones. They're a bit more expensive but way less cals and sodium in them. Usually make my own sauce or add natural peanut butter, egg and low sodium soy sauce and it's filling with protein.

This is pretty identical to me. Last year I lost 35-40 lbs and was working out daily. Went on vacation for my bday in March and stopped tracking and stopped working out and have just slid. It may depend on the HRM type. Mine doesn't factor in what I would have burned in that time anyways so I just round down a bit. Once I get closer to my goal weight I'll probably have to be more precise about it.

Absolutely! I did a front/side/back one wearing the same outfit and it's hugely motivating. Areas come off differently for people and it's nice to see even the small changes, ie less overhang on the shorts or that pesky backfat disapeering!
