I hear ya. I've got 10-15 pounds to lose (again) and I keep fluctuating between the same 1-2 pounds. Supposedly it takes longer and a good goal is about .5 pound a week when it's this low of an amount to lose.

I recently got a racerback and capris from JCP for $6 and $10 (that's reg. price) and they are my fave!!

Super!!

I would say you should be eating at least 1600 calories. Eating under your bmr will stall your weight and not help you in the long run. You're a very active woman! You need fuel!
-
amazing!
-
that's fantastic
-
true story----boo
-
that is an awfully low number to be netting, I think. check into what your bmr is and don't eat below that http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/
-
Your tdee - 20% is 1741 so I would aim for 1600-1700
-
I think I would agree. Definitely add in some kind of strength exercises if you don't
-
If your bmr is 1600, how come you are eating below it?
-
I agree...just about any of these are the case. I got it all the time too
-
Good thoughts

I've always had to go frequently but whenever I do start trying to drink more water it's much worse haha Definitely hope it gets better for you!
-
that's amazing! and only 5 pounds difference!
-
Man...how long did you have to wait to get those?? ;) haha congrats
-
Way to go!
-
I think that would be a good idea and give it about a month to see if anything needs adjusted
-
Good for you for getting back up! Never give up and sit down! I am confident that you can find friends and motivators here and in your life that will keep pushing you. Good luck
-
Have you tried keeping water next to you to sip on? Or chewing gum? Or getting out ONE serving of something and putting the rest back and eating the serving slowly?
-
congrats that bikini looks awfully uncomfortable haha
-
Wow!
-
wtg!
-
I enjoy watching and it usually makes me want to get up and work hard too
-
that's definitely good

The net should absolutely be in the positive at the end of the day! That's how many calories your body has left at the end of the day after exercise so if it's negative then that's not healthy. Use a calculator online to find out your bmr and tdee and eat between those
-
Probably not til about 15-20 pounds

I was struggling for a long time too. Started by trying to exercise more regularly and half-heartedly counting calories, but kept eating over. After "keepin' on keepin' on", the past week or two I have started eating better and wanting to stay in my calories. Keep at it! FInd something you'll stick with! I've been doing…

I keep reading that when you start exercising regularly you hold onto water weight so give it some time. Just think about how you're making your body healthier, with or without the weight loss. How tall are you? How much weight do you want to lose? You may be viewing it unrealistically or you may be just 5-15 pounds away…
