I am in North London and a runner.

I'd be excited if I lost weight in China -:)

I was in Sichuan. The food is spicy and oily - I don't understand why the girls are all so tiny!
-
Yes I had a lovely time and probably will be able to get rid of the 3 lbs in two weeks - that's just fair, isn't it? We'll done on getting rid of your "holiday weight".

Yes. Too much nice food. I should be more positive and be glad that I haven't put on more.
-
OK. I get the point now. Thank you for the encouraging words.

Agreed. I think I am having one of those at the moment. Will try my best to start again.

I love dumplings! I make them myself once in a while. But I cannot think of that right now. Have to get rid of the extra weight first.

Yes, salty, spicy and oily - I used to be able to handle Sichuan food much better.

Yes, I totally agree. Will try not to worry.

I am Chinese so used to the food. Probably loved some of that too much:-) Time to get back to the routine.

Yes, I should focus on the good time I had in China! Thanks.

Spot on! I did select sedentary because I thought that's what you are supposed to do if you work in an office:-) I will change my activity level. Looks like I need to eat more.
-
This is more like it - 24.2% (average)

I exercise 3 times a week, swimming 40 minutes once and running twice, about 22km /13 miles in total. I also walk 40 minutes a day, to go to work and come home. The problem is that I could not always eat back all the calories. Last Sunday I ran 10 miles and ended up with over 500cal deficit. The goal is set to 0.5kg 1lb a…

Strange, the goal is set as 0.5kg a week....
-
Tape measure method says my body fat percentage is 10.92% - is that good or bad?
-
I think I drink enough water, coffee and tea all together.
-
We'll, it's 9pm here and I won't have another one - I won't be able to sleep if I did. Looks like coffee is just fine and I am not even drinking that much in comparison.

I am not sure if I have a problem. I hope not.
