Skinny Cow Truffle Ice Cream Bars are Ridiculously good!! They're only 100 calories, and they're pretty big, so they satisfy the sweet tooth and fill you up! Try them!!

Get a food scale!! You can get them fairly inexpensively, and they really help with portion control until you can better gauge serving sizes. You can also create recipes for meals-I do that for things that I eat regularly. It's a bit time consuming, but it does keep you on track.

You should try for 2-3 lbs/week. Any more and it's usually water or muscle, not fat.

THANK YOU!!!! I've never understood that, and everyone says "eat back your exercise calories"...those are my "bonuses"!! They are also most likely a big part of how I've reached my goal weight, gotten to my lowest weight in my adult life, and allow me an occasional "cheat"!!

I've taken a handful of days off in 7 months...I log what I eat for the most part to hold myself accountable, and I get right back on track the next day. Don't beat yourself up...life happens! :happy:

Listen to your body! You can still eat alot on 1200 calories. I've been doing that for 6 months, I can go up to 1470 as I'm now in maintainence mode, but I'm still eating about 1200/day. I don't drink very often, but when I do, it's either a glass of wine (20-25calories/oz) or 1 shot of vodka with club soda & crystal light lemonade-very refreshing!! Cheers!!:drinker:

Walking is free, and you can do it anywhere!! Use your weights for resistance, and to tone your arms! Check out your local gyms, and see if you can get a free pass to "try" it out-you may end up loving it! Good luck!
