I changed mine to 40 protein, 35 carbs & 25 fat. See how that works. Good luck!!

I went from a 34B/C to a 32C...but I may not have been wearing the right size before! I didn't lose any boobs (not that there's that much there!!) and I wear plain basic sports bras size Small (again, there's not much to lock & load!!)

I lost 30 lbs last year; I did it slowly (2 lbs/wk over 6 months) & I work out 5-6 days a week (cardio and weight training) I'm also a freak about moisturizing my skin (I'm a cosmetic manager/makeup artist so it's my job!!) I don't have any saggy skin and the only stretch marks are on my lower abdomen from pregnancies. I'm…

At my heaviest weight (and during pregnancies/breastfeeding) I was a D-cup. Now, minus 60+ lbs I'm a B-cup. I actually need to be re-measured for bras since I lost weight in the past year...where I work our lingerie dept has certified fitters, & the mgr said to me last week "your bra's too big since you lost weight"!! I…

I've been at my goal weight for almost 6 months and I've tracked every day since I joined MFP  Even though I know the approximate calories I eat every day I still track because this has been the best weight loss tool I've EVER used!!

Ok, and no one has mentioned this, and it annoys the *kitten* out of me, and I don't know why they do it, it's a running joke with my husband, so maybe someone will answer this... I've seen multiple guys at the gym who walk around chewing on their towels!!! Seriously gnawing away!! WTF?
-
Just so we're very clear on this...I lost weight FOR ME!! Not for my husband, whom I love with every fiber of my being, not for my phenomenal children, not for my friends or for anyone but ME!! I feel better about myself when I'm thin, and I know my husband likes me at my current weight, but it's mainly because I'm happier…

I'm so glad to have another buddy on here!!

I only wash my hair 2-3 times/week because it's dry. I shower and wrap my hair in a towel...it works for me; my hair never feels or smells bad (I guess I'm just lucky?!!) Try wearing a sweatband to absorb moisture. You could try dry shampoos too.

You just do it!! I work out 5-6 days a week, and personally love the feeling I get from working out, both mentally & physically. Plus, an added bonus is when you work out you can have an occasional "cheat day" and have some wiggle room calorie-wise.

I do a stuffed eggplant. Brown 1 lb ground turkey breast with 1/2 finely chopped shallot & 1 crushed garlic clove. Remove from pan. Cut an eggplant in half lengthwise, scoop out insides leaving 1/4-1/2" shell. Spray inside of eggplant with Pam & salt & pepper. Chop insides into 1/2" cubes. Spray pan with Pam and brown…

Walking DOES make a difference!! I wear a pedometer to track the calories burned, and when I log it I estimate the "time" walked (example-if I burned 300 calories and walked 5 miles, I'll estimate the time so that MFP counts the total calories burned) I broke my foot last spring & couldn't work out for almost 3 months, but…

I've been at my goal weight (120 lbs) since October  but prior to that, it was about 13 years ago
-
I've been at my goal weight for 4 months and plan on keeping this up for a long time!! It keeps me in check.

GEORGE CLOONEY!!! And Bradley Cooper, David Beckham, Justin Timberlake...mmm, the list could go on for a little bit!! :smooched: :smooched: :smooched: :smooched: :smooched: :smooched:

I'm sorry, but I COMPLETELY disagree with the person who told you to eat full fat foods!! Sorry, but isn't that what got us here in the 1st place?? Raw almonds have HEALTHY fat, are filling and are good for you. Salmon is also higher in calories, but has omega-3 which is also good for you.Don't totally stress if you…

First off, don't get frustrated!! It's only day 1...I have a friend who always used to say "How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time!!" This is a journey that you'll hopefully be on for a long time. Make your journal viewable (is that a word? ) and friend me...I can take a look and see where your obstacles are.…

I bought an entire new wardrobe...SIZE 4!!! A couple things were size 2!!! That and the intense satisfaction of knowing I did it!!

I have a few questions. How long have you been doing this? How much do you want to lose? Are you working out in addition to (I hate the word) "dieting"? I weighed myself every week for 6 months until I reached my goal weight, now I do it twice a month just to keep myself in check. I agree that the scale can definitely…

If you're within your total calories and are hungry...Eat it!! And Enjoy it!!

My 34 B-'s probably only weight a couple pounds!! Thanks for the morning laugh!!
-
I had a binge last night too...I'm going back to normal today, maybe working out a little harder.

Ask for a free session with a trainer!! Most gyms will offer a free session (or 2!) to sell memberships!! You should do a weight heavy enough to only be able to do 3 sets of 8-10 reps comfortably...that will build muscle and burn more calories!! Also, don't worry about what others think...you're in there working out!! Good…

I always hear on tv & magazines that the "average" American woman wears a size 12; the problem is, Americans in general are overweight. It doesn't really matter as much about what size you wear, it's more about your weight, % of body fat, BMI, and how YOU feel. I'm currently 120 lbs, I'm 5'5", size 4, BMI just under 20. I…

I wake up hungry in the morning....especially when I don't eat late at night. I look forward to breakfast!
