I swapped sour cream with greek low fat yoghurt with plenty of mint/coriander/other herb. I was eating at least double portions of cereal, rice and pasta before I got scales.

I started working out at home 12 months ago,with a break during summer holidays and another one around Christmas. Got down from 68 to 59 kg, trying to get more toned and loose the extra inches from my belly now. Just starting Jillian Michaels Body revolution. Feel free to add me girls :-)

I got electronic scales not so long ago and I am astonished how many things I was either overestimating or underestimating. I think it counts a lot to weigh your food, especially if you are trying to loose your last pounds

I am at 1450 daily (try to exercise 30 mins 5 days a week, actually doing Jillian Michael's Body Revolution program), had a huge problem with protein intake before and hitting my macros right but got better, feel free to add me :)

get a jug of water, chop some cucumber or lemon/orange/lime (whatever fruit you fancy) to go in, you may add some mint if you like it, put in the fridge and it will infuse nicely, especially if you get it ready night before. enjoy :smiley:

I have done 10 weeks and some 'maintenance work' before New Year, planning to start again after the weekend. Tried some of her recipes from the program but not following 1200kcal diet as it's not healthy long term ;) I have set up my food and calorie goals using TDEE and BMR calculations done via calorie tracker speadsheet…

low fat cottage cheese with some herbs or couple of grapes work for me
