This is one of the areas I keep trying to work off for the last two year and have yet to find an exercise to help. I think mine is mostly skin at this point, but would like to find a non-surgical option.

I was going to ask the same question...I have gotten so good at keeping calorie counts to 1200, I'm not sure what to do with calorie gains from exercise. I will try the splitting the difference method and hope that works.
