I did a small local 5K this morning!

I am 5'6" and my goal right now is 150. I started at 175 in April and was 161 yesterday morning. I was 140-145 in highschool and was an athlete... would love to get there again, but will see once I hit 150!! Right now I am in size 10's and feeling pretty comfortable compared to where I was a few months ago!

I made this last night with 2 chicken breast instead of the chunk chicken, also used frozen corn and not canned... It was awesome!! Thanks!

If it is a lighter mist or sprinkling I will run outside... otherwise resort to my treadmill.
