On a side note, power to those who can do these Keto diets. I know I personally cannot or I would never have the energy required in the workouts I do. Before someone comes and bashes me...let me top that last sentence off with, at least that's how my body reacts. Not all!

You're right, it is definitely doable. I was doing 1200-1300 when I started out and it gave great results paired with my exercising. I keep reminding myself EAT TO LIVE not live to eat. The problem is, is that I LOVE to eat, lol.

Whoa... I see the picture says January 2013 on the left and March 2013 on the right?? Is she claiming to have done that in TWO months?? If so, surgery had to of been involved.

How do you gauge how many calories you should burn a day in exercise to aid in weight loss? Keeping in mind, I eat 1350 calories a day, well, that's my goal. Sometimes I zig zag and have a bit more one day and less the next. I'll definitely I corporate more resistance training. Any good workout DVD recommendations on that?…
