who needs the diet stuff usually they are packed full of additional chemicals and tons of sugar (or sugar alternatives).......you are better off just eating the normal stuff...............btw not to judge but who still drinks soda??? ITS MORE ABOUT NUTRIENTS NOT CALORIES AS MUCH

for breakfast a serving of greek yoguart mixed with a serving of fiber one original cereal..... or I serving of oatmeal with 6 almonds and a half serving of honey........

I usually workout 5-6 times a week.....heavy weight training followed by 20-30 min high intensity interval training (i.e. uphill sprints, running stairs, etc) my workout are about 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours long .........if I feel like I need more rest I take it......rest is apart of losing fat and gaining muscle

no they aren't wack :) you are actually eating how you should eat you can also add oatmeal and fiber supplements if you find you aren't getting those last couple of grams for the day..... veggies are also a great snack that you can eat tons of throughout the day to get that much needed fiber
