I log a week at a time, and sometimes work on the next week. This helps me meal plan breakfast and suppers and what to buy for them. I eat at work for lunch since it is free and we cook it. I hate exercising. I do it and I love myself after I have finished, but I hate starting. You know.. getting up off my big butt and making myself do something. To me it is. I had a pedometer that clipped on but I kept forgetting to put it on before I left the house. I now have the Flex and it is a lot more accurate than my old one. Plus you can wear it all of the time, so the days of forgetting are in the past. I love mine!
