I've been doing it since May and I'm a big fan as well. How do you track the calories you burned doing it? I stated wearing a Fitbit with a heartbeat monitor so I can at least see my heart rate but am unsure if the burned calories is accurate

I like boxing classes, if you can find a Title Boxing around you it's a pretty good workout.

Way to go man! keep with it, committing to logging meals is the best way to break your habits and replace them the good ones

I have a hard time sticking with it after bad days too. The more you get in the habit of logging it the more you commit to making changes in your routine that break bad habits... at least that's what my nutritionist tells me! Still trying... Anyone fee free to add me too!
