I did my first run (Week 1, Day 1) on Sunday, but I waited to do the second until today so that I can get on a Monday-Wednesday-Friday schedule with strength training Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday, and Sunday as a rest day. 5'6.5", 129 lbs. All the fat on my body is wrapped around my belly though (a bulge balancing on my hips), so I'm still looking to lose that :P.
