My (thinner than me) roommate asked me for workout advice and even asked to come on my next run with me! Never thought I'd be someone that people came to for fitness advice. :) It was a great feeling.

I think it depends on the workout and personal preference. If I eat before a yoga class, I feel sick halfway through and I feel like I can't get as deeply into the poses. If I've gone more than three hours since eating before running, I get totally drained. Find what works for you!

Congrats!! I have a big ol' Latin booty and thighs that I've been self-conscious of since forever. I've never been confident wearing shorts for fear of the cellulite gracing my thighs. I'm hoping my weight training will change that. Thanks for the motivation!

I just made mine open! I didn't realize it was closed! As a waitress, I'm always running around and plus, work out six times a week. I feel like my intake may be a bit higher than most ladies with my stats (5'5" and currently 135lb) but it works for me!

If you lose the weight slowly and couple it with strengthening exercises and suggested by the other users, you shouldn't have too much of a problem with "the girls". Also, I think it would also depend on the amount of weight you want to lose overall. If it's not TOO much, your skin should bounce back. Sadly for me, I'm 22…
