You should be VERY proud of yourself. That is a huge accomplishment! I know exactly how you feel. I remember when I went through the program and the dread of that 20 min jog. You'll be at a 5k in no time. Congrats!

The only thing I can say is you need to dig deep and (in the nicest way possible) get over that feeling. Not sure where you are but weather permitting, jogging / wogging outdoors is free. I try to do this at least 4 times a week. Others have already mentioned workout videos from the library.
