  • I have certain days for religious reasons when I cant eat meat/eggs...any suggestions for how I can get protein (except for tofu...YUCK). Thanks :smile:
  • Are you drinking enough water? I've felt that way, but I was mistaking my thirst for hunger. It could result from increased exercise.
  • Thanks...it doesnt actually tell you how many calories you've burned there. At the bottom of the report, it tells you how many calories you gained from exercise. :smile:

  • Hey, i'm new to this site too...just wondering if any one knows how to find out how many calories are burned by weight training.
