  • I am diabetic and have managed to lower my insulin intake considerably by low carbing. I have about 20 - 30 grams carb a day whilst I am losing weight but never go above 50 grams at any time.
  • In the end, everyone is different and what works for one person may not work for another. I eat one meal a day and have done for many years.
