loaded baked potato!!! for the meat it is a toss up between my boyfriends prepped rare filet mignon and my moms ribs :) i would be more then happy to throw in a perfectly juicy corn on the cob as well

eliminated processed food in my regular routine. artificial cheese was a big one for me and my boyfriend... i think we lost our first 10 lbs just by giving up doritos, cheetos, chips, and munchies. our other thing that worked great but we keep sliding on is not drinking during the week.. each beer adds up!

This is the flaw with MFP, it can only do the general math and the lowest calories it can give you is 1200 which really is too low if you are doing any exercise which you should be. You can override the calorie suggestion to a higher daily calorie goal. You do not want to deprive your body of the nutrients it needs or have…

Thanks so much! I looked into 3 of the Jillian Michaels videos and ordered 30 day shred, ripped in 30, and 6 week 6 pack and think rotating between them, the elliptical then walking on my relax days will shape me up for sure! Hopefully my downstairs neighbors wont be bothered haha.

i HATE cleaning the floors... sweeping, vacuuming, or mopping... all are torture!!! but i always get a good sweat going so its a good workout i suppose

I do two things, I use other items already in the database that best resemble what I ate and I create saved meals if it is something I will likely eat again. Great goal and welcome!!! Through MFP I have lost my bulk weight and am in what I find to be the hardest phase of loosing/shifting as you put it those last 10-15 lbs to be in tip top healthy shape. Feel free to add me for support.

I drive my boyfriend crazy by eating the exact same breakfast every day.... cheerios, banana, and none fat milk. i enjoy it, it fills me up, and its healthy so i see no reason other then on the weekend with friends to change, and then i usually feel sick afterwards from the richness. lunch i do about 2 weeks of the same…

I am right there with you!! after about a year on here it took me until a few weeks ago to get involved in the boards and adding friends.
