Finally....it took me so long to scroll down to find someone that mentioned GOODFELLAS!!!

Thanks Elvia!

I eat pickles as a snack because typically they are zero calories and I can consider that a vegetable right? But I also tend to have a sweet tooth when I want a snack, so I have a Fiber one granola bar or brownie which are only 90 calories.

I wouldn't change anything, other than realize that your weight may be different based on the time of the weigh in.

Feel free to add me! Welcome and good luck!

Ok, thanks. I'm at the point where I'm questioning it because I was doing so well and then I stopped losing weight. I know it happens, but then my discipline and motivation started going right out the window. I've reeled it back in so hopefully I can get over this hump.

you can do it!!!

I've always had that problem. I guess I would say that if you do feel that need, just try eating something healthy. The flavored water typically helps too. filling up on water usually makes me full so I don't want to eat even if I am bored.

Hot bath usually works best...or a sauna, ultimately. It just loosens up my sore muscles, then I have a good stretch after that and it really helps. I also take 800 mg ibuprofen if I have any lingering soreness after that, which is typically in my back.

I would only be weary of the peanut butter due to the sugar content. I love PB too...and it has good protein, etc. Generally the sugar content in it is fairly high. If you are like me and avoiding that kind of thing keep an eye on the labels and maybe find an all natural low sugar solution if yours isn't already one.…

I'm a bit bigger than that...5'9, 247. I started at 289 though back at the end of February. So yes it does work if you stick with it. The biggest thing for me was portion control. Once I started really sticking to serving sizes and watching my calorie intake it clicked. I have hit a plateau lately so I'm trying to switch…

I'm in the same boat! I started my journey back when I lost my job at the end of February...started on here about the beginning of April though. I've lost over 40 lbs but none of that has been in the last month. It's very frustrating! I'm pushing through that though and getting back at it! Add me and we can help each other…

Thanks for posting this!

I agree, that seems like its way too low of a daily caloric intake and you don't have enough of a deficit from your resting calorie burn. With that low of an intake your body has probably gone into starvation mode. I have gone through the same thing myself. It's frustrating! You actually do need to eat more. Watch out for…

Sure!

I was in the same boat. I hit a number on the scale very close to a number that I told myself I never wanted to hit. Thats when my journey started. I've had my moments of weakness since and very recently I have had bouts of zero motivation, but I am down 40+ lbs and aiming for about 50 more. We can do this!

Congratulations!

Welcome! Good luck on your journey!

I would love to find out...but I can't give it up altogether!

it is very heart healthy and low cal...just watch out for the hidden sugars and it should be fine. good luck!

You know I'm here for you Crystal as you have been there for me! You do need the rest so you need to adjust your goals to maintain while you recover so you can get enough calories as to not go into starvation. That is why you are bingeing. I have had the same issues and it has taken a couple of weeks to regulate my intake.…

You can do side bends or sit-ups, but please don't lose that butt! Lol
