Once we decide on a day, I will make sure to post a new thread on that day and people can post like the following format : Previous Weight: ??? Current Weight: ??? Loss/Gain: ??? Right now Monday or Friday are looking like the favorites. Me I weigh in on Wednesday but adding an extra one is fine by me.

They're good both ways. I prefer mine warm but I'll tell you, nothing beats a hot summer morning like some cold overnight oats.

Weather is disgusting up here in Massachusetts right now. Do not want (can I return this to sender? I did not order this weather) That sounds like a fabulous plan. My mum and I are planning a quick 1 mile walk when I get home from work tonight.

TOS hands down my favorite. The characters have stuck with me for years and I marathon the series (movies too) at least once a year. It's the one I grew up with so it will forever hold a special place in my heart. TNG and VOY are tied for second for me.

I'll add you. I'm 24, currently at 202, looking to drop about 50 pounds to get down to the 150s. Been on and off the weight loss wagon for years. I'm so sick of it...I want to look good and feel good.

I lost about 20 lbs a couple years ago from just walking. Always had fun going on my walks and bought a few Leslie Sansone, walk at home DVDs for the icky weather days.

I love the comments along the line of "you would look even prettier if you lost some weight." Um, thanks...I think? I mean I know I need to lose some weight, but still... I've never been sure if I should feel offended or not with that one.

*raises hand* Went from 195lbs to 168lbs in 2012 thanks to this site. Left because, well, I could do it on my own. Up to 186lbs, restarted everything on this site looking to lose again. I've been a yo-yoer since high school and I want to break the cycle somehow. I'll add you. You can do this, we all can do this :D
