I'm wanting to lose 50lbs as well! This is the longest I've ever been able to stay on track which I'm going on 7 weeks now. So determined to finally do it. We got this!

I feel the same way! In my previous attempts at losing weight I always had the all our nothing mentality. My diet had to be perfect and I had to exercise x amount of times a week. It's no surprise that I would quickly get burned out and quit. I'm so happy that about a month ago a friend recommended MFP! I actually feel…
