So I completed W6D1 yesterday and I have to say, I felt great afterwards. I wasn't hugely out of breath or dying inside like usual. I felt like I could go home and get stuff done before the inevitable nap! I slowed my speed down to about 4.7 for both runs so I'm sure thats why, but I felt great!

You also have to remember that you may be replacing fat with muscle. A lb of fat is the same as a lb of muscle, but muscle takes up less room. The scale might not move but as long as inches are being lost it's working!

It's the calories your body naturally burns just functioning. Like breathing, walking, digesting food, etc.

I love to use zumba play lists to be honest... most of the time I watch TV while I treadmill since Modern Family is on when I'm running, but if I need to use music zumba playlist. The beat is fast and there's no slow stuff!

Loved that movie, and every weekend I make Joe's Mean Green (it's great but I add some banana to it). Honestly, juicing isn't 100% healthy for you, but a juice along with a healthy balanced diet can do amazing things for your body! Best wishes!

I agree, I'm a panic dieter, I think eating less is going to help me lose faster. It's not less, it's what you eat. I'm eating a high protein low carb diet. Finished W5D2 yesterday and did something to my calf, was supposed to get up and finish the week this morning but rolled over and went back to sleep instead! Running is exhausting!

I don't run outside, so for treadmill running I use Nike+. I love it and I've used it for years. The app is easy to use, the website is straight forward and I get a better accuracy on distance than the treadmill count. LOVE IT!

Completed W4D2 yesterday and felt really great after. Got up this morning to do W4D3 but I think my blood sugar was low. I got really dizzy and tired so I'm going to rest of the weekend and try to complete it Monday
