Hahaha. Ditto!

Not technically the side of the road, but I have used vacant parking lots and, on long trips, provided rest areas to take care of my bladder. Have you ever heard things go bump in the night?

Sounds tasty. I mean, garlic baby potatoes are yummy. Fried egg

Doesn't @Sinistrous use it a lot? Why don't you ask him/her for examples, since it's kinda hard to explain?

@skinnyjeanzbound, yeah. I basically set it like that to avoid flak from MFP because my nutritionist wants me eating as few calories as possible, an amount that I shan't mention here due to MFP rules. No problem, though. I basically ate bologna and cheese for breakfast, and a hot dog with trimmings for dinner. You'd think…

Does anyone know how to get the blue-to-pink gradient effect in here? A fellow user loves that, and I want to know how to make it.

Does anyone know how to get the superawesome pink-to-blue "rainbow effect" using a phone?

No big deal. If using the app, look for the 3-dot icon, then click Report, then "This Is My Post..."

Ok, now I feel like a failure. Wanted:40 grams protein Got 13 grams. Unfortunately, I'm too full to want to deal with those missing grams. Why me!?

If you really want to eliminate dessert from dinner, brush your teeth ASAP afterward. Otherwise, why fight it? As long as you're not allergic/intolerant of any given item (as seems to be my relationship with yogurt), all foodstuffs are part of a perfectly healthy and delicious diet! As for me, 99%. Wasn't comfortable…

Buy us a drink and snack to enjoy while speculating about the game this Sunday.

Yum, but only for an occasional morning treat. Summer berry pudding

@stephenrhinton has made a delicious-sounding diabetic-friendly jerky. I bet he has a few ideas, as do a few other diabetics in our little group.

Oh. Although I'm a staunch Theist, I can see how that'd be an amusing topic to consider while working out. Is that what you're saying?
-
@kah68, I thought about that, but am still not sure what to think. I snacked on Yoplait™, jello or veggies of some sort every day after school in 7th grade, and liked it. :/

My dietician tells me that momentary plateaus are perfectly normal, because my body is getting used to my lowered set point. In the meantime, be as good as you can, and get ready to be amazed when the scale shows a significant loss soon.

Thursday Truth: I believe I'm suddenly allergic/sensitive to yogurt. I've recently been so tired, nauseous, mildly moody and sluggish on mornings when I force-feed it. As I mentioned previously, I'm eliminating any mention of the stuff from my diet for a while to see what happens, and I've never felt better! Interestingly…

Well, our many meetings went well! 2-whatever today is-16 Protein Challenge (whoever remembers today's date, please feel free to execute a FIFY)-went a few grams over, but not bad. I'm still stuffed with the luscious pork steak from dinner, so my sense of satiety is improving!

My mom and I share a Nook that's pretty tough. I love reading on my IPad, and will do some light reading (though not much because it's kinda pesky) with my Verizon tablet.

I'd like to know. Baked beans

Absolutely! When you eat your last bite/take the last sip of the day, reflect on how much you logged so far this month, and today, then rate it using a percentage. I, for example can proudly admit to logging 100% of my consumption.

Good job! Same here!

I didn't know Penn Jilette (sp?) preached. Is he any good?

Have a wonderful day, everyone! (Ugh, I can't PM too easily right now. Sorry!)
