Daily Login-February Edition
I want to encourage everyone on here to log EVERY bite or sip taken next month, and I'll work at doing the same thing. Who's with me!?

I Am Unashamed Challenge
I'm excited about the challenge to share Christ's Good News. I just had a couple of questions: 1. Can challenge participants share our own stories? 2. Is Facebook the only social media platform for the challenge? Can you participate if you use something like Twitter? Please let me know. Future members, please feel free to…

Have a Healthy July!
Because the June accountability challenge seems to have helped us, I thought it would be fun to do that again this month. What do you hope will happen in July? Please let us know!

Happy Memorial Day!
In this post, I'd like us to take time to think and talk about the brave men and women we know who gave their lives/ got hurt for our freedom, and thank everyone who is still serving. Have you lost a loved one on the frontlines? Have you/has anyone you know been injured while serving? Are you giving your all for the USA?…

Alternate site testing
After trying a few brands, I like the AccuCheck Compact Plus, which I guess is approved for AST. This brings me to my question: for some reason, my arm test yesterday produced nothing, though I minded my ps and qs the whole time. My mom/diabetes educator says that AST hurts less, which is important to me. Sadly, it really…

Huh?
I just experienced weightloss for an ironic, kind of tragic reason. I had lost a good chunk of weight before via hard work, then was hospitalized for a few weeks, with no appetite for food OR drink, which caused a bit of yoyo-type loss. Now I find myself 10 more lbs down for a current 181 out of the 150ish I should be.…

Mini-Trainer hand cycle helpa
Although my goal is to use my Minitrainer for 30 mins-1hr 1x a day, I sometimes feel like using it 2x/day. As a general rule, iIs this safe? If not, what can I do, as a wheelchair user, with my extra get-up-and-go? P.S: oops, topic should read "Mini-Trainer hand cycle 'help,'" not 'helpa'.

Is it possible...
to experience a long streak of "bad face days" with lots of acne, while changing your lifestyle? I'm getting a lot of that with my changes in habits, although my external skincare steps haven't changed. Is this normal? if not, what can I do besides asking my dermatologist? Thanks so much!

Medicine issues
As I hope all of you know, Metformin is a "take with food" medicine, as are a lot of my others. Therefore, a majority of my calories come from my need to "pad" my guts so as not to literally get sick of my medicine. This is very frustrating for dieting, not to mention the fact that the food that often goes so well with…

What's the point of...
"take with food" meds? The meds themselves serve their purposes, but I hate having to center my calorie intake around them. I think...no, I KNOW, that that's a big part of why the weight isn't coming off now as fast as it did when I joined. I mean, I'm okay with the fact that they say that because certain meds will mess…

Testophobia sufferers unite!
Hey all! Just wanted to make a safe space for anybody who deals with even minor test anxiety/testphopbia like me. This is a very real and fairly common unhealthy fear for students. I would love to meet and support another as we hope/pray for relief before it knocks us down forever.

Hey!
Thanks for making this group! I am approaching the big 2 0 (out of 70, according to my health care team. Not good!) I think God has epic plans for me, so I want to be around to live them out. I truly believe that the real Zoe Bevers is thinner, but still waiting to find her. Tried no-cal diets (believe it or not. So not…

Balance
I have no idea how my classmates manage to stay sane under such a tight schedule. How's a young adult supposed to juggle the many needs that come with existence in a wheelchair(in my case), life as a Christian who wants to maintain the Temple, studies, the homework that comes from such studies, chores, and a healthy family…

Balance
I've recently run into a stumbling block on this otherwise-great journey. How's a young adult supposed to juggle the many needs that come with existence in a wheelchair(in my case), life as a Christian who wants to maintain the Temple, studies, the homework that comes from such studies, chores, and a healthy family and…
