Although my goal is to use my Minitrainer for 30 mins-1hr 1x a day, I sometimes feel like using it 2x/day. As a general rule, iIs this safe? If not, what can I do, as a wheelchair user, with my extra get-up-and-go?

P.S: oops, topic should read "Mini-Trainer hand cycle 'help,'" not 'helpa'.

    Hasn't anybody experienced this temptation?

I haven't had any personal experience but the overriding consideration is whether or not you've got the energy to do the extra session. If you were lifting weights or engaged in a high impact type of exercise the answer would probably be no as the recovery needs are different.....best suggestion give it a try and see how you feel or you may also want to look at upper body strength training as a cross training activity. (or of you're so inclined, see of there are any wheelchair sports teams in your area.....a friend of mine has been involved in wheelchair basketball for years, it's not for the faint of heart)

I often do carry that extra "hyperness"/energy, so that's why I asked. It sounds like I shouldn't be afraid to ride twice if desired, right? Thanks! :)
