Day 28 - 150 done

50 done for day 27
-
That's me as well, feel free to add me.

I am planning the same. After 3 pregnancies (and each baby being 9+ pounds), and 3 c-sections, my stomach is a mass of loose skin, stretch marks, and sagging. There is no way it will go back to normal on it's own. I'll be planning surgery once I reach goal (at that point it will be a 80-90 lb loss in total).

Forgot to update - days 24/25, 26 done. Working on 27 during the day
-
I didn't get the 100 in yesterday either, had to work really late and didn't get my workout in. I'll move it to today also.

Day 23 done

Forgot to post last night, 80. Done for day22
-
145 done as well. Combo of barbell , sumo and regular Welcome TISH :)

My only peeves are not wiping down the equipment, and the perfume/scent thing. Scents cause migraines for me, so if I'm working out next to a man or woman with perfume/cologne, i'll either have to move to another spot, or have to leave 5 minutes later with a migraine set in.

Heart/angel wins with my kids names was my first

50 for Day 20 done

Thanks for all the responses! I'll still head to the gym tonight, and will see how it feels then. If it's still paining, i'll work on legs/core and will pass on the lifts (or maybe just use lighter weights). As for The Jeep is fine. Is it bad that the jeep was my first worry after wiping out?

Oh jump squats are hard, can't imagine doing 100+ of them 125 done for me - half 40lb barbell squats, rest regular squats
-
I'm currently down 24%. When I reach goal it will be 38% or more.
-
Day 17 done yesterday. Working on day 18. Those 125 are going to take a while
-
Day 16 done. 55 barbell and 25 sumo.

There seems to be some assumptions that if you are on 1200 calories per week, that you are trying to lose fast or 2 lbs per week. That is not necessarily true. Whether I set my goal as 1 or 1.5 lbs per week, I get 1200 calories per day. I'm 5'1, 40 years old, and have a sedentary (desk) job. For someone short like me,…

Protein, and fruit, veggies, etc. Smaller portions. Prevent getting hungry (and overeating) by frequent snacking. I do eat back some of my exercise calories though, so I usually eat around the 1300-1400 range when all is said and done.

You look awesome!! Kudos on sticking with your weight loss journey, I'm sure it was difficult at times. What an inspiration!

75 for yesterday done, will post today's later
-
It was yesterday, but i'm not sure if my ipod picked up the update. I'll go do the update now. Thanks so much for letting me know this!
-
Just do it. I go to the gym over my lunch break several days a week, and go at night after I get my 3 kids to bed. Sure I'm exhausted after working all day but if I don't make time for me, who will?
-
Day 12 done, plus did the 45 from the day I missed sick
-
Thanks! I'm much better. Did 120 for day 11 yesterday. Will add day 10 that I missed to today (12) and will do them at the gym tonight
