Fitness classes! This is an awesome way to get a GREAT workout and meet some friends while doing it! I love going to spin and other classes at my local gym and I always end up hanging out after and chatting with a friend I made there. It might be worth a shot taking a look at some classes that appeal to you :)

I am 5'3 and 127. I would like to get to 115 lbs. I don't remember the last time I weighed as small as 115 lbs. At my highest I was 145 lbs. Just gotta bump up the workouts and should get there soon!

5'3!! SW - 134 CW - 127 GW - 115 Anyone have advice on slimming down legs? I never had an issue with my thighs till recently, since losing weight off my arms/face/neck/back area I feel like my thighs are looking a little too "bulky" :)

I started this routine about two months ago. So maybe I need to look at adding an extra half an hour or so to my workout's?
