You want to find a good whey protein powder that has atleast 80% protein in it. Also that has low carbs. Alot of companys will put sugars in it to make it taste better. I would change up my workout routine. Sometimes your body can get used to the same movements. I would try doing diffrent exercise's. Maybe a little more calisthenics: pull ups, dips, push ups, squats, lunges. Also do your cardio before and after your weight training. Good luck!

Yeah you want to consume atlease 64 to 80 ounce's a day, depending on body type. Alot of people also drink a glass of water before each meal so it will help on portion control. Hope this helped>
