Lots of people are under the impression that they must eat a salad or "healthy food" to lose weight. I eat complete junk, a box of cereal a day and a stupid amount of carbs 800+ and am the leanest I've been in my life.

Don't get people like this. Not one food in the world I wouldn't eat or enjoy. For some reason, it's always the people who are overweight who are the "picky eaters" and find a lot of food disgusting. You'd think it'd be the opposite.
