LOL 6750 calories and 450g protein? Find that hard to believe, why is nothing tracked?

Arms are hard to develop as a female (lacking male hormones), and calves are largely genetic. That being said, big arms on her would be a turn off for me personally, big arms are a masculine trait IMO.

If you have bad tasting protein, I can't drink it. If you have good protein, I ALWAYS put it in my coffee, along with marshmallows.

Only thing that bugs me is that when females think they will get even SLIGHTLY fu*** bulky looking from lifting weights. Seriously.

Thank you for clearing that up haha I don't enjoy it lol, I wish I didn't have to eat but then I'd look like I used to at 130lbs at 6'4" =/ Also at age 30+ I could still exercise and burn 4000+ calories a day so I'm not sure what you mean by that.

I had a 4200 calorie meal today and usually do every single day. I don't get it.

I started out at 6'4" 130lbs, the key is FOOD and LIFTING. Moreso food, as lifting is pointless if you're not eating right. I need 6500 calories right now to maintain weight, so put that in perspective.

You are not eating enough, you must eat more. I was 6'4' 130lbs, I am now 190lbs due to eating MORE. Currently need 6000-6500 calories a day to gain weight.

Well I don't think it's right to make fun of someone for being fat, but you should not comfort them nor pity them for being fat - which is of course a self inflicted, very preventable condition.
