I think that's a great idea. Once a week is plenty...

You will be fine... We went last year. The bus is a double decker and we sat on top. There are handicapped seats, and also room to stand if you would like. It's a beautiful zoo. Don't worry - and have a great time.

My husband travels alot so I have the same dilema. When he is gone it seems I live on Lean Cuisine. I'll be watching this one to see what everyone has to say.

Try your local library. You can borrow a variety of exercise dvd's before buying them.

We always seem to put ourselves last. If we don't take care of ourselves, we can't take care of our families. Tell them it's Dr's orders that you eat well and exercise. Encourage them to do things with you...

Congratulations!!! One of my favorite shows is The Biggest Loser. I wish there was a way for us to cheer you on like that show does. Keep up the good work.

I did that this morning. It was recommended to me to add it as circuit training for 20 minutes 175 calories.

Sometimes when I feel this way a walk does the trick. Nothing to strenuous but at least something. Sometimes just getting outside, and breathing fresh air clears my head. Don't beat yourself up. We all have good days and not so good days.

Wow... look at your progress so far. Do you like any of the frozen dinners like Lean Cuisine? I love them for lunches, because I don't have to think about what to have. Also soup - A quick meal, that is filling, and low in calories. Hang in there!!!

Go with your sweetheart!!! Just be very aware at each event. You don't have to try everything. Even though you will be busy, don't forget to fit in your exercise.
